About the Role
The Security Operations Manager leads the team responsible for protecting our Global IT estate, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. This role oversees day-to-day security operations and drives continuous improvements across our security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and develop the Security Operations Team
- →Drive overall cyber security operations strategy
- →Design and mature operational processes, playbooks, and response frameworks
- →Oversee 24/7 monitoring, triage, and response to security alerts and incidents
- →Ensure effective usage and tuning of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat-intel platforms
- →Lead major incident investigations and coordinate cross-functional remediation
- →Manage vulnerability scanning, prioritization, and remediation governance
- →Track and evaluate emerging threats, CVEs, 0-days, and global security trends
- →Ensure timely mitigation across cloud, endpoints, and applications
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience leading security operations teams
- ✓Strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms
- ✓Experience with incident response frameworks and playbooks
- ✓Knowledge of vulnerability management and threat intelligence
