About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Advisor-Data Analyst to join our team and provide hands-on support to franchisees. This role focuses on data-driven operations and franchise network management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive financial accuracy and integrity across the franchise network by ensuring complete and compliant royalty reporting
- →Manage, analyze, and interpret data from CRM and reporting systems to track performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making
- →Prepare and deliver monthly executive-level reports highlighting key financial, compliance, and operational insights
- →Partner with franchisees to strengthen operational performance through training, coaching, and reinforcement of brand standards and best practices
- →Travel to new offices to deliver launch program to position new franchisees for long-term success
- →Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, improve compliance controls, and increase network profitability
- →Conduct franchise visits, performance assessments, and outreach to maintain strong relationships and brand consistency
- →Support audits, resolve reporting discrepancies, and contribute to company communications, special projects, and strategic initiatives
- →Travel up to 50% as required to support franchise engagement and business needs
