Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in benefits administration and leave management
- ✓Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits regulations
- ✓Exceptional project management skills
- ✓Experience partnering with Payroll and Legal teams
- ✓Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel
- ✓Strong communication and mentorship abilities
