About the Role

We are looking for a Content Producer to join Unity's Professional Training team. This role involves creating high-quality technical learning content to help professional users master Unity across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, author, and maintain high-quality technical learning content using Unity, with a primary focus on on-demand video courses for professional audiences
→Adapt existing on-demand training content for instructor-led delivery, ensuring alignment with established standards and formats
→Collaborate with Instructional Designers to align content with learning frameworks, structure, and delivery requirements
→Partner with Technical Trainers and subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy while minimizing dependency on external contributors
→Plan, produce, and edit video content to support Unity’s growing on-demand training catalog
→Contribute to course outlines, learning scenarios, and supporting materials across industries and use cases
→Stay current with Unity product development, features, and roadmap to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant

Requirements

✓Strong hands-on experience using Unity in a production, training, or educational environment
✓Demonstrated experience creating technical learning content for professional audiences
✓Ability to independently author and explain complex Unity concepts clearly and accurately
✓Experience producing video-based learning content, including planning, recording, and editing
✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
