About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator to manage and support our on-premise IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining high availability, security, and operational stability of local systems in a fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Administration of Windows and Linux servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services)
- →Management of virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
- →Support and maintenance of the on-premise equipment
- →Backup administration and restore testing
- →Monitoring system health and availability
- →Patch management and vulnerability remediation
- →Managing local integrations with cloud services and migration to AWS
- →Maintaining technical documentation and runbooks
- →Participating in BCP/DR testing (including DR site switchovers)
- →Vendor coordination for on-site hardware and connectivity
- →Supporting office expansions or relocations
Requirements
- ✓3–5+ years experience as System Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer
- ✓Strong knowledge of Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
- ✓TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- ✓VLANs, routing, firewall basics
- ✓Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
- ✓Experience with backup solutions
- ✓Understanding of IT security best practices
- ✓Good written and spoken English
