About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Unwrap.ai, a fast-growing startup focused on helping companies collect and process customer feedback more effectively. This role involves building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers get the most out of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own relationships with a wide range of customers, from startups to Fortune 500 companies
- →Understand customer objectives and design paths to success
- →Identify growth opportunities across the customer set
- →Oversee implementation, training, renewal, and expansion processes
- →Create helpful resources such as guides, FAQs, and best practices
- →Collaborate with teams across Unwrap to relay feedback and advocate for customer needs
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven products
- ✓Proven track record of delighting customers and driving customer retention, renewals, and expansion
- ✓Strong communicator who can break down complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓Curious, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations with grace
- ✓Ability to translate customer feedback and challenges into insights for team improvements
- ✓Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a direct impact on product and customer experience
- ✓Located in or willing to relocate to Santa Barbara and work in-person
