About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join Upstream Rehabilitation. This role involves leading a team of clinical recruiters to attract and hire top healthcare professionals across the organization, combining strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and develop a team of clinical recruiters, fostering a high-performance, data-driven culture.
- →Oversee requisition distribution, performance metrics, and workflow efficiency.
- →Partner with operations and HR leadership to design proactive clinical recruitment strategies.
- →Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform hiring plans.
- →Ensure compliance and data integrity within the ATS and CRM.
- →Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding.
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within healthcare or clinical settings.
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of recruiters, with direct oversight of performance, development, and results.
- ✓Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
- ✓Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics management.
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required; a combination of education and recruiting/relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
