Requirements:
· 2–3 years of experience in marketing or sales operations, CRM support, data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar data or operations focused role
· Experience working with a CRM and an understanding of how CRMs support marketing and sales teams
· Strong logical reasoning and ability to think systemically about data, processes, and integrations
· High attention to detail and comfort working with structured data
· Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly
· Proactive and comfortable taking initiative, with the ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions
· Professional working proficiency in English
A big plus if:
· You have previous experience working with HubSpot
· You have previous experience working with data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Bombora, etc)
· You’ve been exposed to marketing automation tools, integrations, or workflow platforms
· You enjoy documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities:
You will contribute to improving how marketing data is managed and used, with a strong focus on data hygiene, automation, and well-defined processes.
· Help define, implement, and maintain CRM data hygiene processes, ensuring companies, contacts, lists, forms, sequences, and reports remain accurate, consistent, and reliable
· Own the management of data enrichment tools, ensuring contact records are complete, up to date, and actionable for Marketing and Business Development teams
· Create and maintain workflows and automations to standardize incoming data, reduce manual effort, and improve overall data quality
· Monitor and support inbound data from external platforms and integrations, ensuring required fields are captured correctly and aligned with internal standards
· Work closely with Marketing colleagues on activities such as trade shows, webinars, and prospect qualification, ensuring data collected through these initiatives is structured and properly managed in the CRM
· Build and maintain clear documentation and SOPs covering CRM objects, properties, workflows, and system usage to support consistency and onboarding
