This role focuses on technical leadership, project delivery, and ongoing support for our e-commerce solutions. You will thrive in this role if you are: • A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo • A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing • Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data • Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role responsibilities • Guide the team in delivering backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot • Design and evolve scalable APIs and services • Support delivery of features in a high-traffic e-commerce environment • Ensure code quality and promote best practices (Clean Code, TDD) • Contribute to technical decisions and application performance • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: • 3+ years as a Tech Lead • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot • Experience with production backend systems • Understanding of APIs and scalable architectures • Experience with high-traffic applications • Good English communication skills Nice to have qualifications • Salesforce integration experience • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Knowledge of microservices and CI/CD • Experience in international teams • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
