About the Role
We are looking for a GIS Developer to join our team in UAE operations. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise applications and integrating GIS solutions with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise applications, including Portal, Server, Web AppBuilder, and Experience Builder.
- →Configure, publish, and manage map services, feature services, and geoprocessing services for enterprise GIS workflows.
- →Develop and maintain custom GIS tools, automation scripts, and workflows using Python (ArcPy) and ModelBuilder.
- →Design, implement, and optimize spatial databases (ArcGIS Geodatabases, Oracle Spatial, PostGIS) ensuring data integrity and performance.
- →Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems, REST APIs, and external data sources, including modern web frameworks.
- →Perform advanced spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and visualization to support business decision-making.
- →Implement and support ArcFM Desktop workflows, including network tracing, connectivity analysis, Auto Updaters, and custom editing workflows for utility and network data management.
Requirements
- ✓Strong expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor) and Esri Web AppBuilder / Experience Builder.
- ✓Hands-on experience with ArcFM Desktop, utility networks, and advanced editing workflows.
- ✓Proficiency in spatial databases including Oracle Spatial, PostGIS, and enterprise geodatabase design.
- ✓Expert in Python scripting (ArcPy), ModelBuilder, and GIS automation.
- ✓Experience in full-stack web development: Angular, React, Node.js, integrating GIS services and dashboards.
- ✓Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and enterprise system integration.
- ✓Advanced knowledge of GIS data modeling, spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and visualization techniques.
