About the Role
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager for EMEA at Vanta to lead and scale a high-performing regional IT Operations team. This role will partner closely with global peers to deliver a secure, reliable, and thoughtful technology experience for employees across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Hire, manage, mentor, and develop IT Operations Engineers across EMEA
- →Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- →Own IT Operations delivery across EMEA, ensuring consistent, high-quality support
- →Partner with global IT Operations leaders to maintain consistency across regions
- →Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-impact IT issues in EMEA
- →Define and improve IT processes, workflows, and policies
- →Use data and operational metrics to identify gaps and improve service quality
- →Lead or contribute to global IT initiatives, rollouts, and tooling decisions
- →Build strong partnerships with People, Workplace, Security, Finance, and regional leadership teams
- →Act as a trusted advisor on employee technology needs and regional operational considerations
- →Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders on priorities, risks, and progress
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrated experience managing and scaling IT or enterprise engineering teams
- ✓Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, develop, and retain talent
- ✓Solid understanding of IT operations fundamentals (end-user support, access management, device lifecycle, SaaS administration)
- ✓Experience operating in globally distributed teams and across multiple time zones
- ✓Ability to balance regional autonomy with global alignment
- ✓Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders
- ✓Experience building processes and teams in high-growth environments
- ✓Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and evolving priorities
- ✓Ability to work in our London office in a hybrid setting (3 days per week)
- ✓Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
