About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join Vanta, where you will be the critical owner of the Salesforce and Go-to-Market (GTM) ecosystem. This role serves as the essential bridge between core stakeholders and the technology that powers our GTM motion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, manage, and coach a team of 3-5 Product Managers and Business Systems Analysts
- →Define, own, and communicate the multi-quarter Business Systems roadmap
- →Serve as the primary product expert, translating business needs into clear product requirements
- →Act as the Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies to maintain a steady delivery cadence
- →Ensure clarity on all initiatives by communicating strategy and progress to stakeholders
- →Oversee the entire product and process lifecycle within the Salesforce ecosystem
- →Drive change management initiatives to ensure high user adoption
- →Oversee integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack
- →Establish and track KPIs and metrics that measure system performance
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, or revenue operations
- ✓2+ years of people management experience
- ✓Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and GTM tools
- ✓Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, CPQ)
- ✓Experience with Quote-to-Cash, Contract Lifecycle Management, and SaaS/Subscription business models
- ✓Strong experience owning and communicating multi-quarter product roadmaps
- ✓Hands-on experience leading agile teams
- ✓Proven experience with modern GTM tools and managing complex integrations
- ✓Strong data and analytics skills
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated success driving change management initiatives
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
