About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join Vantage, a cloud cost transparency platform. This role involves working with strategic customers to ensure successful adoption and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with customers to understand their cloud environments and cost-management goals
- →Design and implement scalable cost allocation and tagging strategies
- →Support technical onboarding for complex accounts
- →Debug and resolve data ingestion, tagging, and reporting issues
- →Build custom solutions using Vantage’s APIs and integrations
- →Surface recurring customer pain points to Product and Engineering
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role
- ✓Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- ✓Experience working with cost data, billing exports, or large datasets
- ✓Comfortable writing SQL and/or Python for analysis
- ✓Excellent communicator for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
