About the Role
Varicent is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to join our Customer Success organization. This role will work alongside Technical Account Managers to support VIP clients and maximize their return on Varicent investment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the primary TAM in monitoring the health and performance of Varicent solutions across VIP customers
- →Assist in coaching users on foundational Varicent functionality and best-practice methodologies
- →Participate in reviewing new features and release notes to assess potential impact
- →Contribute to configuring Varicent solutions based on customer requirements
- →Prepare and share monthly performance and support-related metric summaries
- →Analyze solution usage and data patterns to identify optimization opportunities
- →Collaborate with TAMs and internal teams to troubleshoot errors and support optimization efforts
- →Identify opportunities for customer value realization
- →Contribute to customer conversations that frame Varicent products as targeted solutions
- →Partner with the TAM team to support sustainable customer engagement
- →Contribute to planning and estimating tasks within the Technical Success journey
- →Work with internal stakeholders to understand change management processes
- →Collaborate with TAMs to maintain reusable object repository
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation
- ✓Prior experience with Query Based Languages and Relational Databases
- ✓Technical data skills including strong experience with SQL data manipulation and Microsoft Excel
- ✓Preferred: Understanding of Sales Performance Management domain
- ✓Strongly Preferred: Hands-on experience with Varicent software products
- ✓Basic knowledge of system configurations, data models, and data integration best practices
