About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) for our Growth segment at Varicent. This role focuses on driving renewal revenue through digital engagement and light direct touch, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a portfolio of accounts on both 1:1 and 1:Many basis, connecting Varicent to customers through digital channels
- →Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into core product, marketing, and sales processes
- →Identify expansion opportunities to drive value for both customers and Varicent
- →Create value for customers by collecting and sharing success stories and drive high usage of Varicent products
- →Develop and leverage Varicent product expertise to support customers in their journeys
- →Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders in your portfolio
- →Engage with customers early in their lifecycle from onboarding through value realization
- →Become a product area SME and create digital content for the customer base
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS or software company
- ✓Experience creating digital marketing content preferred
- ✓Passionate about the future of work and positively impacting large organizations
- ✓Team-player with a proven track record in fast-growing environments
- ✓Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work independently to ensure customer success
- ✓Ability to connect customer business processes to product capabilities
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor relationships
- ✓Strong organizational and time management skills
- ✓Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Excel, PPT
- ✓Adaptable mindset with a "can do" attitude
- ✓Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals
- ✓Cultural awareness and appreciation for diversity
- ✓Bachelor’s degree with information technology, business, or finance focus preferred
