About the Role
Vast is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the development of systems for designing and building artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. This role involves coordinating candidate interviews and improving recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end scheduling of candidate interviews (onsite or virtual) for both technical and non-technical roles
- →Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses as necessary
- →Act as a partner for recruiting operations problems and find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration
- →Streamline processes to improve both external candidates’ and internal stakeholders’ experience
- →Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners
Requirements
- ✓Willing to work in-person at our HQ Office in Long Beach 5 days per week
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
- ✓2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR Coordination, or other human resources function
- ✓2+ years of experience in coordinating travel for candidates
