About the Role
Vaxcyte is seeking a Project Management Intern to support new team member onboarding processes and project alignment. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in project management within a clinical-stage vaccine innovation company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the New Team Member Onboarding process for CMC Project Teams
- →Triage team member intake submissions and coordinate project alignment meetings
- →Ensure closeout of transition plans and identify process improvements
- →Assist with developing and delivering onboarding training content
Requirements
- ✓Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of university completed
- ✓Focus on Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry, or related major
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ✓Strong attention to detail and work quality
