About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Account Executive, Enterprise to join Veeam, the global leader in data resilience. This role is responsible for managing key FTSE 100 & 250 customers and targeting new enterprise accounts to drive net new logo acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand existing customer corporate objectives and technology initiatives to protect their business with TCO, risk mitigation, and metric business outcomes
- →Conduct detailed discovery meetings with a hunter mindset to address customer challenges
- →Develop personal pipeline and navigate customer organizations through multi persona campaigns
- →Focus on solution selling to develop existing customers and acquire new customer applications
- →Maintain accurate weekly forecasting and account details in CRM
Requirements
- ✓Experience in enterprise SaaS sales and working with the channel
- ✓Track record of new logo acquisition and exceeding quotas in FTSE enterprise accounts
- ✓Proven relationships in top-tier enterprise accounts and ability to access c-suite
- ✓Strong knowledge of consultative sales
- ✓Structured approach to pipeline generation and opportunity progression
- ✓Willingness to travel across the UK
- ✓Self-starter with quick learning ability
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Knowledge of digital transformation, Cloud/SaaS migration, ransomware recovery, and AI
