About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Veeam, the global leader in data resilience. You will design intuitive, accessible, and high-quality experiences across Veeam products, owning meaningful product areas end-to-end and partnering closely with Product and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- βOwn and deliver end-to-end design for major product areas, features, or workflows
- βCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to define user problems and deliver solutions
- βApply user-centered design methods to validate and refine solutions
- βContribute to scalable UX patterns by aligning with Veeamβs Design System
- βUse AI-assisted tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and research synthesis
- βChampion usability and accessibility in your work
- βCommunicate your designs clearly through storytelling, rationale, and documentation
- βDefine and track success metrics with Product Management
Requirements
- β4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing impact
- βSolid understanding of interaction and visual design, information architecture, and product thinking
- βExperience designing complex products and turning ambiguity into clear, usable experiences
- βAbility to work independently, prioritize, and deliver in iterative product cycles
- βExperience with rapid prototyping and user research
- βFamiliarity with AI-assisted design/research tools
- βStrong communication and collaboration skills
- βCommitment to quality, accessibility, and usability
