About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Member Relations Service team. This role focuses on handling complex sales-related inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized support.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle the most complex sales-related customer requests
- →Foster loyalty among online member customers by providing relevant and personalized responses
- →Research and implement the most suitable solutions for member requests
- →Collaborate closely with internal departments and partner brands
- →Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Minimum education level of bac+2 (two-year post-secondary degree)
- ✓Experience in customer relations, ideally in complaint management
- ✓Strong sense of service and customer satisfaction
- ✓Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
- ✓Rigorous with excellent writing skills and perfect spelling
- ✓Comfortable with telephone communication
- ✓Must speak Spanish to communicate with members based in Spain
