About the Role
You will be part of the transversal SRE community while leading a dedicated SRE team at Veepee, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- βImplement tools and processes for deployment and industrialization (CI/CD, blue/green, canary, rollback)
- βAutomate provisioning of a resilient infrastructure
- βWork with development teams to facilitate regular releases
- βMaintain services and analyze performance and scalability anomalies
- βSupervise the application portfolio with the Network Operations Center (NOC)
- βParticipate in the evolution of the IS and reduction of technical debt
- βEvangelize DevOps practices and build a transversal SRE community
Requirements
- βAt least 3 years of experience in a similar function
- βKnowledge of industrialization processes, agile methods, gitflow, and DevOps practices
- βExperience in maintaining high levels of availability
- βOn-call organization and incident response
- βFamiliar with Linux (good knowledge), knowledge of Windows would be a plus
- βProficiency with IaC: Packer, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet
- βSUP: Icinga, ELK, Prometheus
- βHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad, Consul
- βProficiency with different types of DB such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch
- βStrong verbal and written English language skills
- βEmpathetic and open-minded
