About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee operations and teams at the Digital Factory sample warehouse in Barcelona. This role focuses on ensuring optimal flow for sample pre-production and returns, reducing delays and incidents while maintaining quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate and supervise operations and teams at the Barcelona sample warehouse
- →Ensure optimal flow for sample pre-production and returns, reducing delays and incidents
- →Manage budget, purchase materials, and control production KPIs
- →Continuously improve processes, tools, and workspaces
- →Train, monitor, and evaluate team performance
- →Supervise flow control, sample inventory in/out, and staff dimensioning
Requirements
- ✓Advanced Excel knowledge
- ✓Previous team management experience
- ✓Good communication skills
- ✓Good adaptation to changing environments
- ✓Proactive, positive, and energetic attitude
- ✓Native Spanish and advanced English proficiency
