About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager Lead to own and scale our event organizer partner program at Vendelux. This senior, hands-on role focuses on strategic partnerships, relationship management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and grow relationships with event organizer partners, serving as the primary point of contact
- →Own partner onboarding end-to-end, including pre-call research, live onboarding sessions, and follow-up education
- →Source and structure data-driven partnerships that support revenue growth and product expansion
- →Create and customize data reports and dashboards to meet partner-specific needs
- →Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams, surfacing feedback to improve workflows
- →Provide responsive support post-onboarding while helping evolve a more structured customer success motion
- →Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including additional events, renewals, and media partnerships
- →Collaborate with Sales to support upsell initiatives and deepen partnerships
- →Stay close to customer feedback and market trends to influence product and positioning
- →Represent Vendelux externally at industry events and meetings
Requirements
- ✓5-10+ years in Account management, partnerships, strategy & operations, or consulting
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- ✓Strong communicator who can build trust quickly and navigate complex conversations
- ✓Self-starter mentality with comfort owning your number and process
- ✓Experience in fast-paced, early-stage or scaling environments
