About the Role
Weβre looking for an Enterprise Sales Strategy Lead to drive the global enterprise sales engine and strategy that powers Canva's growth. Youβll operate as a key strategic partner to our Sales leadership, translating raw data into high-level strategy and ad-hoc projects across pricing, segmentation, and GTM design.
Key Responsibilities
- βPlanning & Modeling: Own the global revenue model and the annual/semi-annual planning process
- βEnterprise GTM Design: Own ad-hoc projects to optimize the engine
- βRevenue Initiatives: Drive cross-functional projects with Marketing, Product, and Growth
- βStrategic Problem-Solving: Partner with Sales leadership to solve high-priority challenges
Requirements
- β5-7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, RevOps, or BizOps within high-growth software companies
- βProven track record of driving strategic initiatives that resulted in clear, quantifiable business growth
- βAbility to structure ambiguous problems and design solutions from scratch
- βExpert-level Excel/Google Sheets modeling, Salesforce, and SQL
