About the Role
Vendelux is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to help scale our marketing-led pipeline engine. This hands-on role will optimize acquisition channels across digital, ABM, and field amplification to drive predictable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and optimize global demand generation programs across paid media, email, content, SEO, ABM, and digital campaigns
- →Partner with the Head of Marketing to operationalize the marketing funnel and pipeline forecasting
- →Improve conversion rates through testing, experimentation, and performance optimization
- →Build and scale ABM programs for priority accounts
- →Leverage AI and modern tooling to personalize campaigns at scale
- →Design content frameworks aligned to the buyer journey
- →Implement attribution models and reporting frameworks
- →Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality
Requirements
- ✓6–10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing experience
- ✓Experience in high-growth Series B/C technology companies
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager
- ✓Proficiency using AI tools for campaign development
- ✓Analytical mindset with understanding of funnel metrics and attribution models
- ✓Builder mentality with ability to operate in fast-moving environments
- ✓Experience designing segmentation strategies and personalization frameworks
- ✓Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
