About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for developing new business and selling technical technologies and solutions into the Healthcare and Industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business opportunities and revenue growth within defined markets
- →Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to financial targets
- →Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and position appropriate water treatment and process solutions
- →Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial and healthcare clients
- →Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records within CRM
- →Represent the business at trade shows, industry events and client meetings
Requirements
- ✓Experienced Business Development Manager or ambitious technical professional ready to step up
- ✓Technical expertise in water treatment and/or a strong background in industrial sales
- ✓Ability to travel widely and at short notice across the UK
- ✓Proactive sales planning and market development skills
- ✓Strong relationship management abilities
