About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Director of Business Analytics & Sales Operations to lead a newly unified Center of Excellence at Veracyte. This role will establish the operating model, governance, and infrastructure required to deliver enterprise-wide reporting consistency and scalable insights across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

→Build and operationalize the SOBA Center of Excellence operating model, including intake structures, governance processes, and cross-functional prioritization
→Define and standardize enterprise KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across functions
→Lead ownership of Salesforce master data and ensure seamless data flow into Snowflake and business intelligence tools
→Oversee core Sales Operations processes, including territory design, account mapping, and commissions accuracy
→Guide enterprise analytics across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Revenue Cycle Management, and Finance
→Lead the development and scaling of Tableau and Power BI dashboards
→Redesign and improve functional processes to reduce cycle times and eliminate errors
→Build and develop a high-performing team, creating a culture of collaboration and operational excellence
→Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership

Requirements

✓13+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or related function
✓Experience building or leading centralized analytics or operational Centers of Excellence
✓Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with senior leaders
✓Advanced expertise in SQL and strong proficiency in Python, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI
✓Proven ability to redesign processes and streamline operations
✓Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts
✓Experience managing teams and developing talent
✓Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, data science, engineering, or related field
