About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and communicative Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Veracyte. This role requires a deep understanding of both declarative and programmatic development in Salesforce, playing a key role in architecting scalable solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
- →Leverage Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and other declarative tools to build complex business processes.
- →Translate functional requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
- →Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input.
- →Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- →Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews.
- →Provide mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- ✓6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- ✓Expert knowledge of Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, Process Builder.
- ✓Advanced expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
- ✓Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- ✓Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data structure.
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
