About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Business Operations to join Veriff's Operations and Analytics team. This role will serve as a high-leverage operator working closely with the SVP of Operations and Analytics and the broader leadership team, combining strategic thinking with a bias for execution.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead company-wide planning cycles, from annual strategy to quarterly OKR setting
→Prepare executive and board-level materials synthesizing business performance
→Own 2–4 high-priority business problems at any given time, driving them from definition through to execution
→Identify and close gaps in decision-making and workflows
→Develop the tools and playbooks required to scale

Requirements

✓7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or BizOps at a high-growth tech company
✓Track record of delivering complex initiatives with measurable business impact
✓Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in SQL
✓Excellent executive presence with the ability to distill complex situations
