Key Responsibilities
- βManage the entire sales cycle from acquisition to closure, targeting medium-sized customers throughout Germany.
- βEngage with business owners, decision-makers, and finance leaders to understand their challenges and tailor our payment solutions to their needs.
- βUtilize various opportunities daily - cold outreach, warm leads, referrals - whatever is necessary.
- βCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless and successful customer acquisition.
- βConsistently meet and exceed sales targets - this is a role for top performers.
- βServe as a trusted voice in the market, representing the brand with passion, integrity, and determination.
Requirements
- βProven B2B sales experience, preferably in payment processing, SaaS, or financial services.
- βDemonstrated success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets, especially in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- βExperience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
- βFluent in both German and English.
- βHigh energy, self-motivation, and relentless drive. You don't wait for leads - you create them.
- βTechnically proficient and familiar with CRM systems (we use tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
