About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Agent to join Verifone, a global leader in electronic payment technology. This role involves providing front-line technical assistance to B2B customers, building expertise across Verifone products, and ensuring merchants and partners receive best-in-class support.
Key Responsibilities
- βHandle Level 1 and Level 2 B2B requests via tickets and phone channels.
- βWork in 24/7/365 shifts, supporting global operations.
- βTroubleshoot issues across Verifoneβs platforms and external systems.
- βMaintain a broad technical understanding of Verifone functionalities, features, and services.
- βPrioritize and identify the correct resolution within SLA-defined timeframes.
- βReport performance issues, defects, and system malfunctions.
Requirements
- βPrevious experience in customer service or technical support (B2B preferred)
- βAbility to troubleshoot hardware/software or multi-platform systems
- βStrong communication skills β written and verbal
- βAbility to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with defined SLA
- βComfort working in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- βHigh attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- βAbility to follow safety procedures and comply with operational guidelines
- βTeam-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies
