About the Role
Verkada is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to grow their enterprise footprint across Western Australia. This is a hunting-focused role where you'll own your territory from the ground up while driving new business for a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- →Build and execute a territory plan, including research and lead generation
- →Hunt and grow new enterprise accounts, exceeding quarterly sales quotas
- →Multithread accounts, engaging stakeholders at all levels
- →Develop a deep understanding of Verkada’s product suite
- →Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers
- →Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored demos
- →Onboard and work with channel partners
- →Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
- →Provide market feedback to inform product and engineering teams
- →Travel regularly across WA, with occasional travel to Sydney or the U.S.
Requirements
- ✓5-10 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience
- ✓Proven success building and managing a territory from scratch
- ✓Experience working with IT channel partners and system integrators
- ✓Executive presence and ability to lead meetings with senior executives
- ✓Sales DNA with a track record of exceeding targets
- ✓Grit and resilience as a self-starter
- ✓Coachable and curious with a desire for growth
- ✓Organised and analytical with data-driven planning skills
- ✓Strong local network in WA, especially in healthcare, retail, and corporate enterprise
- ✓Multithreading skills to engage multiple stakeholders
- ✓Creative and collaborative approach to growth initiatives
