About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support and streamline workflows across our expanding creative ecosystem. This role will oversee the intake, coordination, and distribution of projects across multiple creative groups.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of intake for new creative requests across MS NOW.
- →Assign and route projects to the appropriate design, graphics, or marketing teams.
- →Track progress, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs across all active projects.
- →Act as a liaison between Creative, Marketing, and internal MS NOW clients.
- →Facilitate clear communication on project requirements, deliverables, and deadlines.
- →Use and optimize project management tools (Asana, Dali, Airtable, Excel, etc.).
- →Develop customized tracking or organization systems to manage multi-deliverable projects.
- →Coordinate projects that support on-air graphics, broadcast design, and promotional workflows.
- →Produce weekly and monthly status reports for leadership.
- →Track team bandwidth, project trends, and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in project management within a creative or media environment.
- ✓Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies.
