About the Role
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our Partner Care Support team. This role will act as both an industry and technology consultant, providing elite service to Partner Golf Courses that use our technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be a resource for customers by offering solutions to their technical challenges
- →Provide exceptional customer service to golf course operators using our proprietary software
- →Remote connect to customer PCs for training, software installation, configuration adjustments, and troubleshooting
- →Solve technical issues including tablet configurations, Windows printing, receipt printing, Bluetooth pairing, port forwarding, IP conflicts, and running SQL queries
- →Consult clients on how to best utilize our software to maximize revenue and improve business efficiency
- →Establish and maintain client relationships
- →Escalate issues to the Golf Business Support Manager
- →Document information and investigation details in Salesforce cases
- →Make product suggestions and note improvements in internal processes
Requirements
- ✓Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Windows & Office
- ✓Introductory or above understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and LAN functionalities
- ✓Ability to rapidly learn new software and demonstrate competence with new technologies
- ✓High energy and engaging personality with patience for all levels of technology users
- ✓Experience in a help desk environment with customer service skills
- ✓Education or degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Database Management, System Administration, Web Design/Development, CyberSecurity, Software Development, or other relevant technical areas
- ✓Technical certifications such as CompTia, A+, Network+, Google IT Support Professional, etc.
