About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance II to join our team at Versaterm. This mid-level QA professional will play a key role in ensuring the functionality and stability of our public safety applications through manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans based on product requirements
- →Evaluate test case acceptance criteria
- →Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
- →Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and Agile ceremonies
- →Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams
- →Analyze test results and generate reports
- →Maintain and enhance test scripts, frameworks, and automation suites
- →Mentor junior QA team members
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- ✓2-5 years of professional QA or testing experience
- ✓Proficient in writing test cases and executing tests
- ✓Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, playwright, Postman
- ✓Experience with API, web, and mobile application testing
- ✓Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Zephyr
- ✓Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to pass CJIS security background check
