About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to help shape mission-critical systems that serve as the backbone for Police, Fire, and EMS. This role will lead the strategic modernization of Athena, a CAD/RMS suite designed to support U.S. public safety agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the product’s vision and long-term strategic direction
- →Manage and oversee all elements of the product development lifecycle
- →Take accountability for the product’s P&L and pricing strategies
- →Work closely with customers, marketing, designers, and engineers
- →Champion user experience transformation by applying contemporary design principles
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- ✓A minimum of 7 years of product related experience
- ✓Hands-on experience across strategic execution
- ✓Technical acumen or familiarity with software engineering concepts
- ✓Experience leading UI/UX redesigns
- ✓Exceptional communication skills
- ✓Deep expertise in Agile frameworks and hands-on proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
- ✓This position requires a security clearance from the Government of Canada.
