About the Role
Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing across high-impact Oracle Cloud transformation programs in the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own test strategy, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines
- →Lead SIT and UAT planning, coordination, and execution
- →Manage defect triage, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
- →Oversee the creation and quality of all test artifacts
- →Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream integrations
- →Coach teams on test design and scripting best practices
- →Ensure delivery meets Version 1 standards and client expectations
Requirements
- ✓Experience leading Oracle ERP testing at scale
- ✓Strong understanding of the full testing lifecycle
- ✓Ability to manage hybrid teams and coordinate with client SMEs
- ✓Experience with SIT and UAT planning and execution
- ✓Knowledge of defect management processes
- ✓Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- ✓Experience with Oracle Cloud transformations
