About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Test Manager to join Version 1, a leading Oracle partner in the UK & Ireland. This role involves taking ownership of end-to-end testing across high-impact Oracle Cloud transformation programs, ensuring quality and control at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own test strategy, plans, and schedules aligned to project timelines
- →Lead SIT and UAT planning, coordination, and execution
- →Manage defect triage, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
- →Oversee the creation and quality of all test artifacts
- →Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream integrations
- →Coach teams on test design and scripting best practices
- →Ensure delivery meets Version 1 standards and client expectations
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Oracle ERP testing
- ✓Strong understanding of test strategy and planning
- ✓Ability to lead SIT and UAT processes
- ✓Experience in defect management and risk mitigation
- ✓Knowledge of test artifacts and their quality standards
