About the Role
We are looking for an Oracle ERP Test Manager to join Version 1, a leading consultancy trusted by major organizations like the Bank of England. This role involves taking full ownership of the testing lifecycle across high-impact Oracle Cloud projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end test management across Oracle ERP projects
- →Develop and implement test strategy, planning, and scripting best practices
- →Manage a hybrid team of test analysts and client end users
- →Coordinate defect triage meetings and oversee risk management
- →Coach teams in test scripting best practices
- →Review all test artifacts including scripts, logs, and reports
- →Support SIT and UAT planning and execution
- →Oversee project staffing and ensure timely completion
- →Adhere to Version 1 standards and policies
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Oracle ERP testing
- ✓Strong understanding of test strategy and planning
- ✓Ability to lead and manage hybrid teams
- ✓Familiarity with automated testing solutions
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience with defect management processes
- ✓Ability to work independently and remotely
- ✓Willingness to travel for client engagements
- ✓Eligibility for CTC clearance (UK residency for the last 2 years required)
