About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to play a leading role in our capabilities program, focusing on driving strategy and providing dedicated career plans. This role involves shaping careers while contributing to the organization's technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide expert technical skills across Application, Integration, Data, and Security architecture
→Architect business applications and services for complex on-premise and cloud/hybrid cloud infrastructures
→Advise business and technology stakeholders on designing future ICT platforms
→Work with architecture tools, frameworks, and methodologies to maintain high-quality documentation
→Produce design documentation for both waterfall and agile project delivery
→Lead functional application architecture design patterns and best practices
→Design software for non-functional requirements like performance and scalability
→Architect large transformation programs
→Work with multiple platform technologies including VMWare, RedHat OpenShift, and database technologies like MariaDB/Galera and Oracle
→Apply SOA and microservices architecture patterns
→Provide architectural governance across projects
→Oversee solution architecture implementation based on business requirements
→Understand API, micro-services, and interoperability solutions
→Engage with stakeholders to define technical aspects of IT architecture
→Support strategic direction of ICT and digital services
→Work with clients to define modernization plans
→Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices
→Guide proof-of-concept development
→Facilitate workshops and presentations for clients

Requirements

✓Proven experience across architecture disciplines of Application, Integration, Data, and Security
✓Experience architecting business applications and services for complex infrastructures
✓Experience providing advice and support to stakeholders
✓Experience working with architecture tools, frameworks, and methodologies
✓Experience producing design documentation for both waterfall and agile delivery
✓Knowledge of functional application architecture design patterns
✓Strong understanding of designing software for non-functional requirements
✓Experience architecting large transformation programs
✓Knowledge of multiple platform, database, and application technologies
✓Understanding of SOA and microservices architecture patterns
✓Experience with IT governance processes
✓Ability to oversee solution architecture implementation
✓Understanding of API, micro-services, and interoperability solutions
✓Understanding of Federation and federated identity providers
✓Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
✓Effective communication skills in English
✓Ability to support strategic direction of ICT and digital services
✓Experience working with clients to define modernization plans
✓Experience collaborating with development teams
✓Experience guiding proof-of-concept development
✓Experience facilitating workshops and presentations
