About the role π₯οΈ
The Performance Marketing Intern will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Paid Media campaigns across various platforms internationally to drive qualified traffic & generate revenue. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team as well as the Marketing Analytics team and the Influence Team.
What you will do π
Performance Marketing Support :Day-to-day management and optimization of digital ad campaigns on:Search/Pmax/Shopping: Google AdsSocial: Meta, TikTok, PinterestDisplay: Criteo, Meta
Keeping track of performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and spotting trends/ways to make things better.
Helping out with keyword research, ad copy writing, making landing pages better, and targeting the right audiences.
Putting together campaign performance reports to evaluate creative performances, ad copy performances, media channels performances.
Scale UGC content on Performance Marketing Channels by implementing weekly and monthly UGC content on channels and working closely with the Influence team to report on performances.
Participate in elaborating performance marketing media plans working closely to 360 marketing campaign team.
Participate in elaborating template for reporting working closely with the Growth Analyst to inform on data driven decisions to drive GMV and New Buyers.
Research digital marketing trends, benchmark creative performance, complete skill-building projects, receive mentorship and feedback, and document learnings to share with the team.
Who you are β
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Passionate about digital marketing, with particular interest in performance advertising
Actively engaged in social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with daily use. Possesses a strong interest in social media platforms, influencer marketing, and the creator ecosystem. Regularly interacts with fashion content, demonstrating a specific focus on luxury, second-hand, and sustainable fashion. Follows relevant fashion influencers and brands across social media.
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, display)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw insights
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus
Creative thinker with interest in content creation and social media trends
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (other languages a plus)
Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team
Interest in fashion, sustainability, and the circular economy
