About the Role
ViaBill is Denmark’s leading “Buy Now, Pay Later” provider, helping consumers manage their purchases with flexible payment solutions. We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent to help our customers with everyday questions and ensure a smooth and professional experience with ViaBill.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support customers with questions related to payments, orders, and accounts
- →Resolve cases in a clear, friendly, and solution-oriented manner
- →Follow internal procedures and guidelines, including compliance-related checks
- →Accurately register and document cases in our support system
- →Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team
- →Collaborate closely with colleagues across Customer Support and Operations
Requirements
- ✓Native Danish speaker or fluent at a professional level
- ✓Strong command of English, which is our working language
- ✓Experience in customer support or another customer-facing role
- ✓Clear and professional communicator with a strong service mindset
- ✓Structured and reliable, comfortable handling multiple cases in parallel
- ✓Calm and professional, even in challenging situations
- ✓Confident using digital tools and support systems
- ✓Motivated to learn and work in a fast-moving environment
