About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Cybersecurity Analyst to join Visa's Applied Cryptography team. This role involves supporting implementation, maintenance, documentation, and support of Visa's Encryption Services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and key management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assist in maintenance and support of Enterprise Encryption Services protecting Data at Rest, Data in flight, and Transaction Data
- →Partner with senior members to evaluate upgrades and new products & technologies for enterprise encryption solutions
- →Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency
- →Document design, installation, and Operations & Maintenance guides
- →Assist in audit and compliance related documentation
- →Implement changes and support end-to-end Visa PKI infrastructure
- →Support Certificate Management requests as per pre-defined procedures and SLAs
- →Resolve problem tickets and assist other staff members as needed
- →Monitor and troubleshoot PKI & HSM infrastructure services
- →Provide onsite support of encryption technologies including general purpose and payment HSMs
- →Support and facilitate the Global Key Custodian Program and PKI Vetter program
- →Work with FIPS 140-2 level 2+ certified Hardware Security Modules and Key Management systems
- →Work with multiple database protection functionalities including Native and Transparent Data Encryption
Requirements
- ✓Experience with encryption services and key management systems
- ✓Knowledge of PKI and HSM technologies
- ✓Understanding of FIPS 140-2 compliance requirements
- ✓Familiarity with database protection mechanisms
- ✓Strong documentation skills
- ✓Ability to work with internal teams and follow change control procedures
- ✓Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- ✓Experience with audit and compliance documentation
- ✓Ability to support encryption technologies and infrastructure services
- ✓Experience with certificate management processes
- ✓Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
