About the Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on building data assets, reporting tools, and dashboards utilizing big data capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- βArchitect and build data assets, reporting tools, and dashboards utilizing big data capabilities
- βProvide automated or streamlined solutions for data and reporting for service level management needs
- βCollaborate with Technology, Product, and Account Management teams to produce monthly Service Level reports
- βUse experience, expertise, and data analysis to collaborate with team members and stakeholders in the identification of corrective action
- βCreate, prepare and deliver detailed product/SLA level reporting, presenting actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- βThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
