About the Role
The Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) team seeks an Experience Designer to join their Product & Experience Design Team. This designer will help grow clients' businesses through a consultative approach to experience design, leveraging human-centered design thinking and UX/UI expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take part in planning and executing creative workshops with Research and Product
- →Identify user needs and translate business goals into product/service recommendations
- →Rapidly convert ideas into storyboards, mockups, and prototypes
- →Promote concept explorations to drive innovative thinking
- →Understand Visa’s business model and ecosystem to connect business and design
- →Develop understanding of Visa’s capabilities to co-develop solutions with clients
- →Work collaboratively with internal and external partner teams
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams in new product development
- →Energize and improve the status quo using creativity and calculated risks
- →Articulate the possibility, viability, and feasibility of experience recommendations
- →Conduct and support market testing using various research methods
Requirements
- ✓Strong foundation of UX/UI design principles
- ✓Keen eye for detail and proven track record of delivering exceptional designs
- ✓Experience with human-centered design thinking
- ✓Proficiency in UX/UI, research, prototyping, and facilitation
- ✓Strong client-facing skills
- ✓Ability to develop nuanced understanding of digital payment trends
- ✓Creative, curious, and hands-on approach to design
- ✓Bias toward action and ability to inspire others with vision
- ✓Desire to experiment with different design approaches, techniques, and tools
- ✓This is a hybrid position with days in office to be confirmed by hiring manager. Relocation assistance is not provided.
