About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to support Visa's Global Talent Acquisition Compliance and Governance team. This role will lead initiatives in AI integration, automation, data analytics, and quality control checks, driving innovation in recruitment compliance monitoring and ethical AI usage.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead the design and implementation of AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment compliance and operational efficiency.
- βDevelop automation solutions to streamline audit processes, reporting, and risk detection.
- βSupport the build and maintenance of advanced dashboards to monitor compliance metrics, audit outcomes, and risk indicators.
- βAnalyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- βTranslate legal and regulatory requirements into technical solutions and visualizations.
- βEnhance training and understanding across teams to improve compliance and support talent acquisition processes.
- βOwn internal quality control checks, identify opportunities to streamline process and strengthen compliance.
- βPartner with Global Mobility to drive a compliant and streamlined PERM process with strong data analysis trend reporting.
Requirements
- βStrategic thinking and technical expertise
- βStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- βBackground in TA compliance and Lean certification is a plus
- βExperience with AI integration, automation, and data analytics
- βAbility to develop and maintain advanced dashboards
- βExperience with compliance monitoring and quality control
- βThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
