About the Role
We are seeking a strategic leader to join our Contingent Labor Team at Visa. This role will work closely with Hiring Managers and leaders on all aspects of the contingent hiring process, driving change and ensuring effective implementation of our Contingent Labor strategy globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute key strategic initiatives to optimize MSP program performance
- →Implement process improvements for change management
- →Overhaul rate cards, contract templates, and knowledge articles to enhance efficiency
- →Develop cost-saving strategies and analyze cost impacts with workforce decisions
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Sourcing, TA, Cyber Security) to drive successful project implementation
- →Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Visa SOX & Data Privacy)
- →Manage daily operational activities of the MSP program including monitoring service delivery performance
- →Manage Tier 1 escalation responses and implement mitigation strategies
- →Provide timely reporting and analysis for headcount and trends to senior leadership
- →Develop program data dashboard for enhanced visibility of vendor management and performance
- →Streamline processes and optimize workflows through program automation
- →Maintain up to date knowledge resources and documentation for the MSP Program
Requirements
- ✓Experience with MSP and VMS, preferably with SAP Fieldglass
- ✓Strong understanding of contingent labor processes and strategies
- ✓Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change management
- ✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Visa SOX and Data Privacy
- ✓Experience with cost analysis and developing cost-saving strategies
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
