About the Role
We are seeking a Product Analyst to work on merchant data platform initiatives globally. This role involves working closely with product managers and engineering teams to manage GenAI/ML data initiatives and analyze merchant and transaction data to improve data quality across Visa’s merchant platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work and manage our support team to resolve stakeholder concerns and evolve our current support processes
- →Help to streamline how Merchant Product Management collaborates with Visa business groups that utilize merchant data products
- →Gather and implement feedback and recommendations for improving data quality, data partnerships, and stakeholder consumption of merchant data
- →Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for program initiatives, defining world-class merchant support
- →Understand core elements of our operations and product strategy, and drive innovative and scalable opportunities across quality of experience, scale, instrumentation
- →Provide program and project management support for major platform, product, and tool driven change initiatives
- →Develop departmental procedures and best practices standards
- →Develop expert knowledge on the features and business applications of our products
- →Proactively review user trends to make recommendations for improvement of current processes, policies, and tools
- →Identify and analyze sources of risk within our platform
Requirements
- ✓Experience in data analysis and product management
- ✓Strong analytical and communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of GenAI/ML technologies
- ✓Understanding of merchant and transaction data
- ✓Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- ✓Experience in project management
- ✓Expertise in developing departmental procedures and best practices
- ✓Ability to develop expert knowledge on product features and business applications
- ✓Proactive approach to reviewing user trends and identifying risks
- ✓This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
