About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to help create innovative payments experiences across various verticals including mass transit, retail, ecommerce, and restaurants. This role will design and implement products that deliver on Visa's value proposition for its client ecosystem, including merchants, acquirer processors, consumers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure product strategy and requirements are designed with long-term vision in mind
- →Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, including detailed features for complex payment products
- →Collaborate with engineering teams to build secure, reliable, and scalable payment solutions
- →Partner with business operations, analytics, and 3rd party acquirers to deliver customer-focused solutions
- →Work closely with product development and QA organizations to ensure technical specifications meet business requirements
- →Ensure the solution aligns with acquirer needs and lead certification/accreditation efforts
- →Generate feedback from stakeholders, run pilots with merchants and acquirer partners
- →Champion the product and team to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management within payments or related industries
- ✓Strong understanding of payment systems and technologies
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Ability to define clear product requirements and specifications
- ✓Experience working with engineering and QA teams
- ✓Knowledge of acquirer needs and certification processes
- ✓This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
