Product Manager, Small Business Product at Visa

About the Role

The SMB Core Product Team develops and delivers payment solutions tailored for small businesses worldwide. The Product Manager will join the Global SMB Core Product team, reporting to the team lead and supporting the Director in driving product innovation, client engagement, and operational excellence for small businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• →Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for SMB payment solutions.
• →Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and drive innovation using requirements and agentic & generative AI applications.
• →Design, pilot, launch, and commercialize new features and offerings (credit, debit, prepaid).
• →Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, sales, marketing, partnerships, analytics, and regions to drive alignment and adoption.
• →Present insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership, lead ad hoc projects advancing strategic objectives and efficiency.
• →Analyze regional performance, maintain dashboards/documentation to prioritize enhancements and track usage and KPIs.
• →Manage internal communications and updates for launches and migrations to ensure smooth global/regional execution.
• →Plan and run stakeholder meetings, workshops, and business reviews, capture actions and ensure follow-through.
• →Prepare client-facing materials (onboarding packs, demos, benefit summaries) to support engagement and activation.
